Website Host Providers

Zippy eCommerce only uses Webflow's design tools for website production and implementation. We do this to continue providing the best design and development experience possible for our team and clients. We understand that many businesses need specific tools or apps that only work on platforms like Shopify, SquareSpace, WordPress, and many others. Zippy eCommerce is here to help you build the site you've been waiting for, but we have to use the tools our website experts recommend. Therefore, we do not build websites outside of Webflow. However, many apps and third-parties will connect to Webflow. Shopify and Amazon are both examples of an app connection. Third-party interrogations or connections are charged in addition to any Zip Subscription or Expert Touch package.

The cost of a Webflow site plan is NOT included in any Zip, ZipPlus Subscription, or Expert Touch package Zippy offers. Our team will walk you through the cost outline for Webflow's plans once a Zippy plan is collected.Our recommendation of a site plan based on the client's site needs. We do this so, our clients have comprehensive control over their site's payment method without having to share sensitive information with our team members. All clients have the option to work with us for the build of their site, then fund a site plan at a later time if they choose to do so.

Cancellation

Our clients and Zippy eCommerce can cancel a Subscription or Expert Touch package at any time, for any reason, during the project process. Regardless of the circumstances, we will NOT issue a refund to the business or individual client.

If you plan on canceling a Subscription, you must do so 30-days before the system bills the following month. If you cancel the Subscription within the month, you still have access to all services for the remained of the compensated time. However, if a task or update is pending and a site Subscription is canceled, we still require at least twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours before delivering the stated update.

Design Revisions

Once your package is selected, you or your team can add as many design revision requests to your board as you need. Each request is delivered one by one in a queue fashion. Revisions are only included with a Zip Subscription plan.

Modifications or revisions are NOT allowed for any Expert Touch package options. The client receives three site designs and must choose one design. Afterward, we build the site and deliver the final product to the client. Once our transfer process is complete, the client can update the website as they see fit.

Ongoing Support

If you are an active Zippy Subscriber, we will continue providing ongoing website support for as long as you work with our team. For our standardized package, we provide tutorials, walk-throughs, direct connections, and a discount for our subscription. Upon the cancelation of a subscription, our team will deliver all assets and logins to the client's primary email address.

Turnaround Time

After posting a new task to your board, Zippy eCommerce will send it back to you or your team for review within 24 to 48 hours of posting the original job. If we cannot complete the task within 48 hours, we will send you a direct message letting you know the estimated time to complete the task.

Seven (7) Day Guarantee

Zippy eCommerce guarantees that all Expert Touch Websites are delivered within seven (7) days after you purchase the package. This product does not include any additional offerings. For example, extra pages, concepts, or third-party automation have delivery after the first website is complete in seven (7) days. Secondary offering timelines are independent of the standard Expert Touch package and contingent on a plan purchase.

Even if our team cannot deliver your site within seven (7) days, starting on the day you purchased or selected, you will receive a one-hundred percent (100%) return of compensation for our lack of speed. You also have the option to stop the process and cancel your purchase. If you choose to cancel your package, the definition outlined in 04-CANCELLATION (below) applies, regardless of the time the Zippy team delivered your website. This does not include the client's time to collect assets at the start of a project, or the customer's time to provide domain and transfer information at the end of the project.

Zippy eCommerce does NOT guarantee that customers who purchase a subscription will receive their website in seven (7) days. We do not make this promise to our subscription customers as they have access to unlimited design revisions and website pages throughout the project process. Therefore, we cannot promise a final product within a short timeline, while also granting access to ongoing design or build updates. With that, all client dashboards showcase the site's timeline and task completion so you can stay up-to-date with the team's progress.

Client Assets

During the asset transfer process, Zippy eCommerce is not responsible for the misplacement or organization error while uploading branding or design assets. We recommend establishing standardized branding guidelines before selecting a website package. If policies are not provided, our team is not responsible for branding errors.

Unlimited Pages

Similar to our complete revision process, you or your team can request as many page designs as you need. Page creation is in a queue order where you control the prioritization. We only offer unlimited website pages with our active Zip Subscribers. Each page (above seven pages) is an additional charge with an Expert Touch package.

Primary Website

Zippy's Expert Touch package includes ONE site design only. If the business or client wants support with more than one site, the client must sign up for another package. If you currently have a package and would like to add another to your current account, please message a team member, and they will be happy to help you!

Zippy eCommerce is available for any and all business types. We are not solely providing services for eCommerce brands. An eCommerce brand is defined as “a process for conducting transactions online. When you go to your favorite online retailer to buy a new pair of shoes, you're engaging in eCommerce.”
